Marco Rafael Kakunsi (12) had always been a healthy child who feared the Lord. Since he was little, he never missed church services with his parents or Sunday School. He also excelled in the church’s vocal group competition, and his school grades were always good.

As he stepped out of the minibus, Marco was struck by a speeding motorcycle that fled the scene, leaving Marco thrown onto the ground with his head slamming hard onto the pavement.
Marco groaned in pain and vomited, and he was rushed to the hospital by his friend and nearby residents, unconscious. The impact had caused his skull to cave in, leading to severe bleeding and the risk of infection and brain damage.
Marco’s recovery and survival cannot be secured with intensive care alone. He urgently needs surgery, which will cost thousands of dollars—an amount beyond the family’s means, especially without health insurance. His father’s income as a fisherman is unstable and insufficient to cover these expenses.
Now, all they can do is pray for a miracle from Jesus.
