Eight-year-old Siti Nurazizah, lovingly called Zizah, has been battling a relentless fight against cancer. What started as a simple complaint of leg pain after school turned into a devastating diagnosis—bone cancer. Her father, Henda, and mother, Rasniti, never imagined that their daughter’s discomfort would lead to such a heartbreaking journey.

By the time they managed a proper medical check-up, the cancer had already spread aggressively. The doctors had no choice but to amputate her leg to save her life. But just weeks after the surgery, another tragedy struck—her eye began to swell. The cancer had spread to her head, pushing her eye forward and threatening her vision.
Azizah underwent surgery to remove the cancer cells, but due to excessive bleeding, not all the cancerous tissue could be taken out. Now, the tumor continues to grow, putting both of her eyes at risk of complete blindness. Despite her suffering, Dek Zizah remains a strong and cheerful child, never letting her pain dim her spirit. She even comforts her two-year-old sibling when they cry.
