However, like being struck by lightning on a clear day, Martha was diagnosed with three diseases at once! Lupus (autoimmune disease), brain blockage, and acute stomach damage. Martha became completely paralyzed and experienced repeated seizures. Her body grew increasingly frail, with only skin-covered bones remaining.
