With few buyers, Grandpa Nabah has no money to feed his sick wife at home…
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! At 93 years old, Grandpa Nabah still works hard to support his beloved wife. Despite his swollen legs and weakening steps, he refuses to give up, selling newspapers at a traffic light from 6 AM every day.
But each day feels heavier. After waiting all day, he only sells one newspaper. He takes home just 40 cents—not enough to buy rice, let alone medicine for his critically ill wife.
In their small rented home, his wife lies weak and bedridden. She suffers from a blood clot in the right side of her brain, making it difficult for her to move or do anything like she used to.
Meanwhile, Grandpa Nabah keeps fighting. Every morning, his regular ride comes to pick him up. The driver has become like family, helping Grandpa climb in because his legs can barely move.
But this struggle is far from easy. Due to his swollen legs, Grandpa often wets himself while selling newspapers, unable to control his bladder. Yet, he pushes through—just to afford a meal and to help his wife get better.
Every day, he only manages to sell 10-20 newspapers. With such a meager income, he can only hope to stay healthy enough to keep working.
Kind-hearted people, let’s help Grandpa Nabah.
