Grandpa Endang, a 76-year-old grandfather, walks under the scorching sun, wearing a heavy 2kg mascot head, pushing through exhaustion just to earn a little money. His frail legs tremble, his breath is unsteady, but he keeps going—for the sake of his two young orphaned grandchildren.

But Grandpa Endang never gives up. He even had to pay for his costume in installments over three months, just so he could keep working.
His grandchildren, who are still in elementary school, should be playing and studying in peace. But instead, they rely entirely on their grandfather. Every day, with a body growing weaker, he walks the streets entertaining people, hoping for a little kindness in return.
“Who else will take care of them if not me?” he whispers to himself for strength.
Often, he goes hungry. Sometimes, exhaustion forces him to sleep on the side of the road. But no matter how tired he is, he refuses to go home empty-handed.
