Little Arfan can’t speak—he can only cry in pain. His fate is heartbreaking. At just 14 days old, a deadly tumor had already invaded his tiny face. At that fragile age, he had to undergo surgery to survive. But it didn’t end there. The cancer cells continued to spread while his parents, unable to afford treatment, could only care for him with what little they had. Now, nearly 3 years old, Arfan still suffers every day. He can’t sit, let alone stand. His head has grown abnormally, and his vision is fading fast.

At birth, Arfan’s face looked unusual. A lump of flesh had grown above his nose. Devastatingly, it turned out to be a tumor. Just 14 days later, he had to undergo surgery to survive.

But that was only the beginning. Arfan needed intensive care and further surgeries at a specialized hospital in the city—220 km away from their home. Unfortunately, his parents couldn’t afford it. Not even the cost of travel, let alone hospital bills.

Arfan’s body is growing abnormally. He still can’t sit or stand. Even worse, the tumor cells are aggressively spreading and threatening to take away his entire vision. Without immediate surgery, his chances of recovery are slipping away.
