A fast-growing tumor is threatening baby Aura’s life.

She can no longer breastfeed normally because of the swelling on her cheek. The tumor is at risk of bursting any moment. Without immediate surgery, Aura’s life is in grave danger.

“The doctors keep urging my husband and me to bring Aura for urgent surgery, but Ya Allah… we simply cannot afford it. Our savings are not enough. I’m scared… I’m scared something terrible will happen to her,” said Aura’s mother tearfully.

Aura Felicia, just 2 years old, is getting worse day by day. The lump on her cheek is growing rapidly. Doctors worry it might rupture and cause severe infection, putting her life at even greater risk.

From the moment she was born, Aura had a lump on her right cheek. Her parents initially thought it was just a birthmark. But after a few days, it didn’t go away — it kept growing and became increasingly painful.

By the second week of her life, the lump had turned red and looked like it might burst. Desperate, her parents brought her to the hospital using whatever little savings they had left.

Tears filled the hospital room when the doctor confirmed that the lump was actually a deadly tumor caused by abnormal blood vessel growth. Aura would need immediate intensive care and surgery in a specialist hospital in the city.

But due to financial struggles, her parents were forced to take her home with just a few basic medications. They couldn’t afford treatment at the city hospital.

At home, Aura’s mother resorted to home remedies — compressing with warm water and boiling betel leaves — hoping it would soothe Aura’s pain. But her condition remains critical.

Aura’s father, a roaming satay seller, only earns about SGD 4 per day (approx. IDR 50,000). It’s barely enough for milk and diapers — let alone life-saving surgery.

“While trying to raise money, I keep praying every day. I pray for a miracle… I’m scared Aura won’t survive this pain…”

Aura is at risk of losing her childhood. Worse, without urgent medical attention, she may lose her future too.
