Three years ago, Zahra was playing at school when suddenly, a massive nosebleed occurred. She was rushed to the hospital, where scans revealed a mass of flesh in her nasal cavity. Her condition worsened, and soon she could no longer breathe through her nose as the tumor grew and spread to her brain.

Despite her father’s absence, Zahra is not alone in this fight. Her mother is an extraordinary woman who’s always by her side. Though her heart aches seeing Zahra suffer, she is determined to get her daughter through it. She works tirelessly to cover Zahra’s expensive medical bills.

Though Zahra had to drop out of school and endure constant pain, she hasn’t given up. She helps her mother sell coffee in front of schools whenever she has the energy.
