Mr. Fenlin, a church member who is saddened by the threat of losing his wife, is holding back his tears. Mrs. Yusnita Br Sitanggang is struggling to survive now. Only a miracle from God can save her life from Steven Johnson Syndrome, which continues to take its toll on her body… In the midst of her blistered skin and critical condition, sometimes hallucinations overtake Ms. Yusniati.
Back in January, Mrs. Yusniati experienced a high fever, which led to a reaction of watery red spots and then blisters on the skin from mouth, nose, eyes, face, and genitals. The peeling layer of skin left severe pain. After that tragic night, she was rushed to the hospital and declared critical in the intensive care unit (ICU).
Unfortunately, her condition worsened and her body was covered in blisters. Her skin is reddish and even blackened due the extreme heat. Watching his life partner suffering, Mr. Fenlin’s heart shattered into pieces. He held his wife close to him, as if his touch was soothing. Faithfully accompanying Mrs Yunita, her husband never stop praying for miracle
“As she lies in pain, O Heavenly Father, i pray please lift up her disease and heal her. Give her more time to return to our family good health.”
Besides praying, Mr. Fenlin work so hard for his wife’s recovery. But his job as a repairman wasn’t enough to pay all the hospital bills. He also needs to provide school tuition for his 4 children and they still live in a rented house.
Now Mr. Fenlin is worried that he won’t be able to pay the 100 million rupiah for treatment because they don’t have public insurance that can cover his wife.
