“I feel like a failure as a parent every time I see Hardi in pain. In one day, he can have seizures up to 10 times, and all I can do is hold his hand, unable to do anything. Oh God, if only I could take his pain away…” said Hardi’s father, his tears streaming down his cheeks.

Hardi, once a cheerful and healthy boy, is now just skin and bones. His weight has dropped drastically to only 12 kilograms. His bones protrude, his body has stiffened, and his muscles have wasted away.

It all began when he was 7 years old and suddenly fell ill with a high fever. Because of financial difficulties, his treatment was delayed — and his condition worsened. Doctors later diagnosed him with Miliary Tuberculosis, Tuberculous Meningoencephalitis, and Marasmus (severe malnutrition).

Now, Hardi experiences seizures up to 10 times a day, often loses consciousness, and struggles to breathe. His jaw is locked, forcing him to eat through a feeding tube.

His father works multiple jobs with an unstable income, while his mother stays home to care for him full-time. Even daily meals are hard to afford — let alone the medicines, vitamins, and nutritious food he desperately needs. Every day, Hardi survives on instant porridge fed through a tube.

“We just want Hardi to recover… to see him smile again like before. But we don’t have the money. Please… help save our son,” his mother pleaded, her voice breaking through tears.
