Her situation has become even more heartbreaking as Joy now lies critically ill in the PICU, diagnosed with complications from four diseases simultaneously! Intestinal and gastric infections, pneumonia, sepsis, and the threat of organ failure.
The main issue is that Joy lacks any form of health insurance or financial assistance. The orphanage where she lives is also unable to afford the hospital bills, which amount to hundreds of millions.
