Thank you for your support, prayers, and generous donations for Alika and her father.
Sadly, a few months ago, Alika’s father, who had been battling aggressive face cancer, passed away, leaving her behind. Long before that, her mother also passed away due to an illness she had been suffering from.
Now, Alika is being cared for by her elderly grandparents. Her face still shows the deep sadness she feels, even though she doesn’t express it. Alika loved her father dearly and would always accompany him wherever he went.
Despite this, Alika remains determined to continue her schooling, even though she no longer feels the love of both parents. Alika is truly a remarkable and resilient young girl, though she can’t hold back her tears when she remembers her parents.
