Siti Amira has been battling Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) since she was just 7 months old. Now at 13, her condition has worsened—her entire body is covered in patches, and a large tumor on her face has left her blind. Due to her illness, Amira cannot be exposed to sunlight and has been forced to stop school, spending her days confined to her small room.

With no access to proper medical care, Amira’s wounds are only treated by a local village medic, as her family cannot afford hospital treatment or medication.
Her father, a daily laborer earning only IDR 1,000,000 ($65) per month, has struggled to provide for her. At one point, Amira even had to stop treatment due to financial constraints, especially when her mother was also battling breast cancer.
Now, with her condition deteriorating rapidly, her father is desperately seeking help to continue Amira’s treatment. He relies solely on donations from neighbors and a small grant from the village head, but these funds have run out. The cost of traveling between Purwakarta and Bandung for treatment is overwhelming, and without immediate support, Amira’s condition will continue to worsen.
