Fadia is the only daughter left for Mr. Abdul. His two other girls have already passed away. But tragedy continues to strike — every inch of Fadia’s lungs is being attacked by thousands of harmful bacteria, causing severe infection. Her heart is also damaged, with holes and leaks that threaten her life. She’s been in and out of critical condition, barely clinging to life. Fadia urgently needs surgery and long-term intensive care, but how can her father afford it? Despite working tirelessly as a truck driver and laborer, Mr. Abdul can’t gather the thousands of dollars needed for her treatment.

In 2021, Mr. Abdul cried uncontrollably when his newborn baby died from a severe abdominal defect, born with exposed intestines. Then in 2024, tragedy struck again — one of his twin daughters passed away, leaving only Fadia to survive.

At first, Fadia grew up healthy, bringing a glimmer of hope to her grieving parents. But at just 4 months old, her breathing suddenly became painful. Her tiny body would turn blue from oxygen deprivation, struggling and gasping for air over and over again.

Doctors soon delivered another heartbreaking diagnosis: Fadia’s lungs are severely infected, consumed by deadly bacteria, and her heart is both damaged and leaking. Despite all of Mr. Abdul’s hard work, his income as a truck driver is far from enough to cover the costly treatment.
