Mr. Azan is a husband, and a father who is fighting multiple illnesses that have completely turned his life upside down.

Two years ago, Mr. Azan was diagnosed with tuberculosis (TB) and suffered a stroke, which caused him to lose his ability to work.

His wife tried her best to support the family by working at a shop, but their income remains very limited. The situation worsened when Mr. Azan was later diagnosed with diabetes, causing severe swelling in his leg that nearly led to amputation. Despite his condition, he continued to do light work such as cutting grass and small handyman jobs just to earn a living.

Recently, the family was tested once again. Mr. Azan suffered a second stroke, leaving one side of his body paralysed and requiring intensive medical care. At the same time, he was also diagnosed with Stage 3 kidney disease. He now needs regular treatment and rehabilitation therapy, both of which come with high costs.

The hardship extends beyond him. His mother, who suffers from knee problems and lung bleeding due to complications from a Covid-19 infection, has no source of income. Her husband, a 60-year-old elderly man with heart disease, continues to work despite his condition to support the family. On top of that, they are also caring for a grandchild whose mother is struggling with mental health issues.

Their urgent needs include:
