In a small house on the outskirts of the city lives Wan Mohd Azzamri, a 42-year-old father whose life has changed drastically. Once a hardworking man and loving provider to his three children, he is now fighting for his life every single day.

His health struggles began back in 2000 with young hypertension, which later developed into diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. But the worst came in May 2024, when he suddenly experienced severe shortness of breath and was rushed to the hospital. Doctors revealed devastating news: heart failure, a heart attack, and stage 4 kidney failure.

Since then, Azzamri’s condition has worsened. He lost significant weight, can no longer move without aid, and suffers from a painful swelling that prevents him from sleeping properly. A MyoView scan later confirmed the most heartbreaking result — half of his heart muscle is already dead.

His wife stays strong, though she often cries in silence. Watching her once-strong husband rely on a wheelchair and struggle to breathe has been emotionally crushing, yet she continues to care for him and their children with unwavering strength.
