Little Iman was born with a tumor covering his nose and mouth (Benign Epignathus Teratoma).
Just looking at his condition is heartbreaking—one can only imagine the pain and struggle endured by Iman and his family.

What was meant to be the joy of welcoming a newborn turned into a test from the Almighty.
Iman spent 7 months and 15 days confined to the hospital ward—an unimaginable and terrifying chapter for such a small baby.

Since birth, Iman has already undergone four major surgeries:

1. A surgery to create an opening in his neck for breathing

2. Tumor removal surgery

3. Reconstructive surgery of the tongue, mouth, and nose

4. Jaw bone reconstruction surgery to support future tooth growth

Sadly, these four surgeries are still not enough.
Iman continues to need more surgeries ahead, and his daily care has become increasingly complex.

His parents must stay alert at all times, ensuring the suction device is functioning properly so mucus does not block his breathing or feeding pathways—any blockage could cause choking and be life-threatening.
On top of that, Iman’s low immunity puts him at high risk of severe lung infections that could rapidly worsen his condition.

Iman is unable to eat or swallow on his own, cannot care for himself, and requires continuous facial reconstruction treatment, brain and facial physiotherapy, as well as growth therapy.
The cost of his medical care is extremely high, including specialized milk essential for his nutrition and survival.

Since the day Iman was born, life for his family has felt like a relentless roller coaster—one hardship after another, with no pause in between.
Yet, despite everything, they have never given up fighting for Iman.
