A year ago, Mr. Matjuri, 36, noticed persistent pain and swelling in his jaw. What he first thought was a minor issue soon turned out to be far more serious. After medical examinations, he was diagnosed with a malignant tumor on his lower jaw.

Since then, his life has changed drastically. Once able to work as a security guard, he can no longer perform his job due to severe pain and facial swelling. As the sole breadwinner, he struggles to support his family, including two young children who still rely on him for their daily needs. His wife works part-time as a teacher but cannot cover both household expenses and the high costs of treatment.

Treating his cancer requires extensive and costly care, including further examinations, surgery to remove the tumor, chemotherapy, and post-operative care. With limited income, the family struggles even to cover daily meals, often having to borrow just to get by.
