Muhammad Nur Nasrullah.
That is the name given to this little boy, born with serious complications — a narrow heart vessel, a curved spine, abnormal eyes, and difficulty in breathing. Since birth, Muhammad’s life has been a constant struggle.

When he was only 12 days old, his entire body suddenly turned blue. The hospital had to keep baby Muhammad in the NICU and incubator for four long months. He needed complex treatment and equipment, including wires and even a sten surgery to help open up his airways.

Now at 8 years old, Muhammad’s life is still very different from other children his age. Although he has gone through multiple surgeries and physiotherapy sessions, his journey is far from over.

In the future, Muhammad still needs further heart examinations and surgeries to widen his airway as he grows older.

His family, however, is struggling severely. Muhammad’s father only does odd jobs in the village with no stable income, while his mother works at a school canteen, earning only when school is in session. Together, they barely make RM1,500 a month, which is nowhere near enough to cover Muhammad’s ongoing medical needs.

In this difficult situation, the family cannot afford all the necessary treatments.
