Help Nazilah Provide a Proper Wheelchair and Cancer Treatment for Her Sister
Fundraiser
Pertubuhan Amal dan Sukarelawan Anak Kedah is a non government organization who help people in need.

Since the age of seven, Noor Hashimah’s life has been very different from other children. There was no laughter, no carefree playtime — only pain that followed her every day.

Noor Hashimah was born a healthy baby. But just three days after birth, everything changed. She developed a high fever — not once, but repeatedly. By the sixth day, her mother could only cry as her tiny body fought for life. Although she survived, the fevers and seizures continued again and again until she was seven years old. From that moment on, Noor Hashimah could no longer stand or walk like other children.

Yet in the midst of her suffering, Allah sent two people to protect and strengthen her — her sisters, Faridah and Nazilah.

Her eldest sister, Faridah, cares for Noor Hashimah full-time without rest or complaint. Every day, she bathes her, feeds her, and stays by her side with unwavering love. Meanwhile, her younger sister, Nazilah, works hard at a furniture shop to support the three of them. But their trials did not end there.

In addition to being paralyzed, Noor Hashimah was later diagnosed with breast cancer. At one point, a severe infection nearly claimed her life. Her intestines no longer function properly, and she has undergone several major surgeries. When the pain comes, she can only cry — unable to express her suffering in words, only through tears that reflect the depth of her pain.

Poverty has added to their hardship. Noor Hashimah does not even have a wheelchair like other patients. Instead, she sits on a goods trolley, pushed by her sisters wherever they need to go. They never ask for sympathy, but circumstances have forced them to endure unimaginable difficulty.

Now, their burden has grown even heavier. Nazilah, the only one working, has recently lost her job. Life, already difficult, has become even more uncertain. They are now staying in someone else’s home, living day by day, hoping for a small ray of hope.

Kind-hearted donors, your support does more than provide shelter and food — it reminds them that they are not fighting alone. Every contribution, no matter how small, can become a light in the lives of these three siblings.
