Nabila (9) and Nila (6) lost their father five years ago to lung illness. Not long after giving birth to Nila, their mother passed away due to severe bleeding. With both parents gone, the two sisters were left to survive on their own.

At school, they are often bullied because they are orphans. The words hurt deeply, leaving them crying in silence.

“They say I’m an orphan… that I don’t have a mom or dad.
But I miss my parents too. I want to be like other kids who still have theirs,”
Nabila shared, wiping away her tears.

After school, the sisters walk long distances to sell tissue packs on the streets.
They earn only a small profit from each pack — even if everything sells, it’s barely enough to get through the day.

Some days, only a few packs are sold. Some days, nothing at all.

Once, Nabila was tricked by a buyer who said he would return after withdrawing money. She waited for three hours — but the person never came back.

When the rain falls, they switch roles, becoming roaming umbrella helpers.
Their small hands wrinkle from the cold rainwater as they walk the streets.

At night, they return to a cramped rented room they share with their elderly grandparents — trying to rest, only to repeat the same struggle the next day.
