I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to share our family’s heartbreaking struggle. We’ve faced immense challenges, losing our first child and welcoming our second, Ralin, prematurely at just 2.4kg.

There was nothing to be worried about when Ralin was born, but on the fifth day, her skin began to peel off, leaving her with raw, blistered flesh. This condition has continued until now, as Ralin is 3 years old, causing her immense pain.

Our family lives in poverty. My husband works as a bike taxi driver, with an uncertain income, and I help him to make extra money so we can take Ralin for treatment, as her expenses are not fully covered by Indonesia’s Health Insurance Program.
