In West Java, baby Panji Syaputra was only 30 days old when doctors diagnosed him with Omphalocele — a rare birth defect where internal organs like the intestines and liver grow outside the abdomen, only covered by a thin sac.

Every breath Panji takes hurts.

And to make it worse, his father abandoned him and his mother right when they needed help the most

Panji has already gone through several major surgeries to stay alive. His mother, Karmanah, now faces this heavy battle alone — watching her baby suffer every day while struggling to afford his endless medical costs

Meanwhile, 7-year-old Najmutsakib is living with a severe facial tumor that has completely changed his face. His childhood — even his identity — has been taken away by the pain.

He cries often, but every tear that falls mixes with pus from his eyes, causing unbearable pain

Doctors said Sakib needs multiple surgeries immediately, but his parents can’t afford them. His father works as a daily laborer, earning barely enough for food, let alone treatment. The medical bills have forced them to stop treatment halfway.

And then there’s baby Tiffani, who suffers from tuberculosis, airway narrowing, and tissue growth in her throat.

She struggles to breathe every single day, relying on machines just to stay alive.

Her frail body has endured multiple surgeries, yet she still needs more.

But Tiffani has no parents — she was abandoned.

Her grandfather, who sells coffee on the streets earning just around SGD 4 a day, is the only one fighting for her survival.

He’s sold everything he owned, but it’s still not enough.

These are just three stories among thousands of sick children who desperately need treatment but have no means to afford it.

They’re too young to fight this alone — and too precious to be left suffering.

Let’s come together to give them a fighting chance at life!
