Born with a rare genetic disorder, Dede (34) has no hands or feet. Despite his severe limitations, he works tirelessly, selling books and prayer beads to survive.
Every day, he also cares for his sick father, Grandpa Amud (80), whose entire body is covered in painful blisters. His hands and feet are so swollen that he can barely move. Yet, with no money for medical care, Dede can only watch his father suffer.
Living in a fragile wooden shack, Dede longs to reunite with his wife and child—but what can he offer them except hunger and hardship? Still, he never stops working, setting up his stall in crowded areas, dragging his half-bodied figure along the streets.
Despite exhaustion, he never complains. A kind neighbor helps by giving him a ride to work, but he still faces stares, insults, and rejections every day. He responds with a smile, holding onto hope.
His biggest wish is to afford proper treatment for his father and finally bring his family back together. But how much longer must he struggle alone?
Let’s help Dede by giving him a small shop, a safe home, and the chance to get his father’s medical care. Your support can change his life.
