Nosa (12), Salsa (8), Reski (6), and Abid (3) were left heartbroken after losing their mother. To make matters worse, their father has abandoned them, leaving them with no one to care for them. 

The only support they have is from their uncle, Uncle Usman, a welder who earns a meager living. With his own mother suffering from a stroke, Uncle Usman is struggling to make ends meet.

The pain in his heart is palpable as he sees them suffer, knowing there’s only so much he can do with his limited resources. Still, he makes sure they never go to bed hungry and tries to keep them safe in their small, cramped home.

But there are days when Uncle Usman feels overwhelmed. The rent, utilities, and medical bills for his mother are mounting. The children, too, need new clothes, school supplies, and medicine. 

Nosa, the eldest, tries to help by taking care of her younger siblings, but her childhood is slipping away. Salsa, with her bright smile, tries to be strong for her brothers, while Reski and Abid, too young to fully understand the gravity of their situation, often ask when their mother will come back. 

One night, as Uncle Usman sat alone, he couldn’t help but wonder: How long could he keep this up? How much longer would he be able to juggle the weight of his responsibilities?

That’s when he decided to reach out for help. He knew that with the support of kind-hearted people, Nosa, Salsa, Reski, and Abid could have a chance at a better life. They didn’t deserve to suffer in silence, and neither did he. He didn’t want them to feel abandoned, and he didn’t want to fail them.
