Assalamualaikum, I’m Nur Ilaina. I lost my grandfather first, and not long after, my father also passed away while I was on my way to the hospital. I didn’t make it in time to see him.
To honour my grandparents’ wishes, I entered a Tahfiz school and, Alhamdulillah, completed my studies and memorized the Quran. After SPM, I continued with a Diploma in Tahfiz al-Quran and Qiraat and successfully graduated.
I am now pursuing my degree at USIM in Dakwah and Islamic Management, aiming to become a Quran teacher. However, I come from a low-income family and can only work part-time as a Quran teacher to support myself.
My income is not enough to cover university expenses such as books, rent, fees, and daily needs. I don’t want to burden my mother, whose earnings are just enough for basic living.
If I am given the chance to complete my studies, I want to teach the Quran to the next generation. Any help received will bring me closer to that dream. Thank you.
